Please allow our office up to 48 hours to verify if any pre-authorization is required prior to patient's appointment.

Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our patients.


Come in any attire you wish. We have change rooms and dressing gowns available. 

Please do not wear any jewelry to your appointment.


Walk-ins are not accepted at the clinic. Please call us to make an appointment. 


Upon your arrival time, our experienced staff will ask you several questions after identifying you as our next patient. It is imperative this screening process is completed before entering our magnet room.


After the initial screening, one of our MRI Technologists will lead you to a changing room where disposable & cloth gowns are available and you will be able to secure your belongings. At this time, a second screening will be completed by our MRI Tech. The technologist will let you know what should be removed from your outfit and which gown works best for you.


Once you are ready for the scan, you will be taken to the MRI room for your diagnostic testing. to this item.


Shortly after completing your MRI, a disk containing all the images will be given to you as part of your exam process. One of our board certified radiologists will review your images and a report will be delivered to us within 48 hours of your scan date. A copy of your results will also be sent to your referring physician.


Please feel free to contact us ahead of time if you would like to obtain a copy of your report(s) to ensure our staff has time to prepare it. A web portal is also available.
